UW-Stout's Jenkins claims WIAC Cross Country Athlete of Year honors

UW-Stout's Patrick Jenkins has been named the 2013 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Year. Jenkins won the individual WIAC cross country championship and went on to earn All-America honors.
