UW-Stout finished second at the WIAC Cross Country championship at UW-Whitewater, their best finish since a second place finish 35 years ago in 1982. Stout's top five runners all finished in the top 20. Aleksandr Ilyushev was sixth, Tyler Ellefson was eighth, Dan Ressler was 15th, Joe Van Grinsven was 17th and Nick Zolondek was 18th.
